Magnesium Cream is a thicker consistency that literally feels like silk once applied. I LOVE to apply it to my heels if they are dry or cracked. It is nourishing to the feet while adding lots of health benefits. See Below for more details.
Why do we use Magnesium Cream? It is incredible for helping the body calm down and fall asleep. If I ever have a 3 or 4 wake up moments during the early morning hours and can't fall back to sleep, I re-apply magnesium cream and fall right back into a sound sleep.
Ingredients: magnesium chloride, coconut oil, chamomile and lavender infused grapeseed oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil, turmeric essential oil, shea butter, arrowroot, witch hazel, grapefruit seed extract, Vitamin E.
