APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Please understand that your therapist’s time has been reserved especially for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is required. Without 24‐hour notice, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.
If you are a member or package holder, you may choose to use a session on account instead of paying the cancellation fee. If you are redeeming a gift card and fail to cancel or reschedule, your gift card will be redeemed.
